The restaurant name has its origin in the XII century, when the Pope Calixto II wanted to praise the life of the apostle Santiago. The benedict Aymeric Picaud handwrote the stories succeeding 5 spectacular books. They include the life and miracles of the saint, Gregorian songs and the route of the pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela, which has been called the First Tourist Guide.
